How do I get started?
It’s easy! FIRST, contact us and let us know a little about what you’re interested in. NEXT, we’ll give you a call to discuss your unique needs. THEN, we’ll schedule a brief complimentary consultation to help you choose the best training option to get the results you desire.
What should I expect at my first private training session?
During your first private training session your trainer will gather baseline info and have you perform assessment exercises to help quantify where you are now and track your training results. Please wear comfortable workout clothing that allows your trainer to see your posture, your alignment and how your body moves through space. This information will then be used to help you determine a vision for your training as well as the goals you need to keep you focused on the results you desire.

Can I train if I'm sick or injured?
It depends. Talk to your trainer. If you don’t have a fever and your symptoms are above the neck, as in a stuffy nose then, you may be allowed to train. A fever, body aches and such… call your trainer and reschedule. As for injuries, talk to your trainer. Depending on the severity, some injuries may allow light exercise but other’s may require a doctor’s release.
Can I train when and where it's convenient for me?

What kind of results can I expect?
Overall, your results will depend on your goals and your level of commitment. Research has shown, however, that a healthy diet and regular exercise increase the quality quality of life for most populations of people.

Will my muscles get big if I lift weights?
Not unless you want them to. Our program focuses on functional muscle strength and conditioning, not bodybuilding. Our goal is to make you leaner, stronger, faster… better!
