That’s why we’re MOBILE! That means we come to you!

We can temporarily convert any size and type of space into a private gym or group fitness area, whether it’s your home, office, hotel gym or even outdoors.

We’ll bring everything you need to get a great workout or incorporate any equipment you may have, as appropriate. We can help you lose weight, get stronger and create the fitness lifestyle you need to do the things you want to do. We can also help you regain strength and mobility post-rehab, supplement your athletic training, get ready for special events, or reach whatever goals you may have for yourself.

TRAINING HOURS:

Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
By appointment only.

 

TRAINING RATES:

$65.00-$70.00 per session with package.

*Upon approval, friends and family may participate in training sessions, each additional person add $15 per session up to 5 people. Nominal travel fee may be implemented for mobile training clients outside of Portland Metro Area – ask for details.
